In compliance with the recent codification of Assembly Bill 5 (AB5) San Diego Service of Process, LLC no longer contracts with independent contractors unless they are a Bona Fide Business. All process service that is required to be served outside of our normal hours of operation (m-f, 8am-5pm) will be contracted out to vetted vendors.
